Peacefully positioned on a large block with an expansive rear yard backing onto a reserve, this home’s original design and layout had under utilised the space and needed more flow and cohesion for the growing family’s needs.
We worked closely with the homeowners to create a contemporary design and spatial plan that allowed us to rework existing spaces within the home’s footprint. By repurposing areas and attending to the home’s natural light and surroundings, we were able to maximise the space and serene views, creating a seamless flow between the interior and exterior of the home.
